Bob Risley, nominating committee chairman and corporate development executive at Intralox Inc., noted the class fulfills the bylaws’ requirement that the Board reflect the makeup of the membership in terms of company size and location.

He added, “Just as important, although not prescribed in our bylaws, we have looked for members who have demonstrated a commitment to PMMI by being active in the organization. Simply put, the heart and soul of this organization lies in the dedicated volunteer stewardship of our PMMI members and we appreciate these leaders’ willingness to support the organization.”

Risley noted each of the new board members currently serves on at least one PMMI committee.
