DESCRIPTION/ENTRY DEADLINE: The PACK EXPO Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) ends on September 27, 2007 at 11:59:59 PM EST (“Eastern Standard Time”). Sweepstakes is open to PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2007 prospective attendees who are 21 years of age or older. Employees of the Packaging Machinery Manufacturers Institute (“Sponsor”) and exhibitors at PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2007 and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising agencies, Marden-Kane, Inc., anyone else affiliated with the promotion or the execution of the sweepstakes and members of their immediate family (children, parents, siblings and spouse) and household are not eligible to participate. U. S. law governs this Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of any winner.

HOW TO ENTER: Prospective attendees are automatically entered into the sweepstakes when they register for PACK EXPO. There are three (3) ways to register for PACK EXPO: 1) Online at www.packexpo.com; 2) By fax: 1-(301) 694-5124 and 3). By mail: PACK EXPO LAS VEGAS/PROCESS EXPO/CPP EXPO, P.O. Box 4088, Frederick, MD 21705 USA. Entrants will be requested to provide their name, title, company, address, city, state, ZIP or Postal code, country, phone number and e-mail address and general business information. Prospective attendees who do not pre-register for PACK EXPO can enter by filling out the online questions. Entries are limited to one entry per person. All entries, regardless of method of entry must be received by September 27, 2007 at 11:59:59 PM EST.

All entries become the sole property of Sponsor and receipt of entries will not be acknowledged. Incomplete entries are void. Any individual who attempts or otherwise encourages, directly or indirectly, the entry of multiple or false contact information under multiple identities, or uses any device or artifice to enter or encourage, directly or indirectly, multiple or false entries, as determined by the Sponsor will be disqualified. Lost, illegible, or incomplete entries will be deemed ineligible and disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the telephone number/email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to a telephone number/email address by a telephone company, wireless service provider, Internet access provider, Internet service provider or other organization (e.g. business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses, telephone numbers or wireless phone numbers for the telephone exchange associated with the submitted telephone number/email address or the domain associated with the submitted telephone, as applicable. Sponsor and its respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliates is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, or damaged entries or for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the sender, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes which may limit the ability to participate, or by any human error that may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes.

If for any reason, (including infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond reasonable control of Sponsor and Sweepstakes Administrator and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes), and the Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as described in these Official Rules, Sponsor shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes, and select the prizewinners from entries received prior to action taken, or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to prosecute any fraudulent entries to the fullest extent of the law.

DRAWING DETAILS: Beginning May 18, 2007 and each week thereafter, two prize winners of a $250 USD Visa gift card will be chosen in a random drawing which will be conducted from all eligible entries received. In all, Forty (40) prizewinners will be selected. Prize drawings will be conducted by Marden-Kane, Inc., whose decisions shall be final and binding, as the administrator of this Sweepstakes. Limit one prize per person. Prizewinners will be contacted by phone, email and or mail. Prizewinners will be required to pick up their prize at the PMMI booth (in the registration area of Hall #3) at PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2007. Prizewinners who are unable to attend PACK EXPO will receive their prizes in the mail after October 17, 2007.

PRIZES: Forty (40) Prizes: A $250 USD Visa gift card. ARV: $250 USD each. Total ARV of all prizes $10,000 USD. All prizes will be awarded in U.S. Currency. Terms and conditions of gift cards will apply. Odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received. Prize must be accepted as awarded. There is no transfer or substitution of prize by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Acceptance of prize constitutes consent on behalf of the winner to the use of his/her name, place of residence and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Incomplete entries are void. Entries not complying with all rules are subject to disqualification. All entries become the property of Sponsor upon submission. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. Entrants hereby release Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, Marden-Kane, Inc. and all of their respective employees, directors, officers, shareholders, agents, successors and assigns (collectively “Releases”), from any and all claims, losses, actions, or damages, whether actual, incidental or consequential arising out of or relating to entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes, or the use or misuse of any prize. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for any errors in these Official Rules and promotional materials.
